1. Logging In to the Client Area

  1. Open the login page.
  2. Enter the email and password provided at registration.
  3. If needed, check "Remember Me" on a trusted computer.
  4. Click Login.

After successful login, you will enter the client area.

2. Password Recovery

  1. On the login page, click the Forgot? link.
  2. Enter your account email.
  3. Follow the link in the email and set a new password.

If the email doesn't arrive — check Spam or contact support via the website form.

3. Editing Your Profile

Path: My Account → Account Details (clientarea.php?action=details)

Here you can update:

  • full name and company name;
  • contact email and phone;
  • mailing address (for documents);
  • language and other personal data.

After changes, click Save.

4. Changing WHMCS Billing Password

Path: My Account → Change Password

Enter your current password and new password (twice). Use a strong password — it protects access to invoices and the management panel.

5. Management Panel Access Fields

Your WHMCS billing client profile must have service fields filled in (assigned by an administrator when the server is activated):

  • panel_login — login (email) for the VPN panel;
  • panel_pass — password for the VPN panel.

Do not edit these fields yourself unless support explicitly instructs you. To log in to the panel, use the "Server Management Panel" menu item — the system fills in credentials automatically.

If you see a message about no active servers when opening the panel — wait for service activation after payment or contact support.

6. Sub-Account Contacts

The Contacts section lets you add additional people who receive invoice copies or notifications. For normal VPN manager work, the main profile is sufficient.
