1. Where to Find Services
Path: Services in the client area menu or tile on the home page → clientarea.php?action=services
All your VPN servers ordered through VPN Vendor are listed here.
2. What the List Shows
- Product Name — plan (Family, Business, Company, etc.);
- Domain/Identifier — service display name;
- Status — Active, Pending, Suspended, Cancelled;
- Next Due Date — plan renewal date.
3. Service Card
Click a service to open details:
- plan parameters (user limit, traffic);
- registration and next payment dates;
- buttons: request cancellation, service ticket (if available).
Important: end VPN client management is done not here, but in the server management panel. VPN Vendor billing shows only your server subscription.
4. Statuses and What to Do

| Pending | Awaiting activation | Wait for email/notification from support |
| Suspended | Suspended (usually due to non-payment) | Pay the invoice or contact support |
| Cancelled | Cancelled | Contact support to resume |
5. Service Link to the Panel
Multiple servers can be linked to one VPN Vendor billing account. In the management panel you see only servers belonging to your account. If a server doesn't appear in the panel within the timeframe stated in the activation email after payment — open a ticket with the order number.
