1. Panel Purpose

The management panel is a web interface for working with VPN servers and end clients:

  • viewing server and client statistics;
  • creating and managing clients;
  • granting access via CLIENT ID (unique client key);
  • monitoring expiration dates and traffic limits;
  • suspending and resuming access;
  • notifying clients via idconverter.com.

4. Dashboard

The home page displays: total clients, active, online, traffic used, and server cards with plan, limits, next payment date, and installed protocols. Data refreshes automatically every 30 seconds.

5. Working with Clients

5.1. Client List

The Clients section shows clients grouped by server. For each client you can see CLIENT ID, contacts, status, traffic, and access expiration.

Buttons: Message to Clients, Refresh Statistics, Create Client. In each client row: view, suspend/activate, edit, and delete.

5.2. Creating a Client

Required fields: client name, server selection.

Optional: email, phone, expiration date (empty = unlimited), daily traffic limit (empty = no limit), notes.

After creation, a CLIENT ID (16 characters A–Z, 0–9) and configurations for all protocols installed on the server are generated automatically.

5.3. Client Card

On the client page: CLIENT ID, contacts, status, traffic limit and statistics, configuration list by protocol.

Statuses: Active, Online, Suspended, Expired, Limit Exceeded.

5.4. Editing

You can change email, phone, expiration date, traffic limit, and notes. You cannot change CLIENT ID, name, or server.

Renewing an expired client: set a new date → Save → Activate.

5.5. Client Notifications (Messages on idconverter.com)

On the Clients page, the "Message to Clients" button is available. Managers use it to publish important messages for all clients on a selected VPN server.

Published text appears on idconverter.com in the "Current Messages" block — any client on that server sees it after entering their CLIENT ID.

Publishing Steps

  1. Click "Message to Clients".
  2. Select a server from the list (plan name, order number, IP address).
  3. Enter the message text (up to 1000 characters).
  4. Click "Publish".

⚠️ Warning! The message will be visible to all clients created on the selected VPN server. Do not store confidential information here (individual client CLIENT IDs, personal messages, etc.).

If a message was already published for the server, its text will appear in the input field — you can edit and publish again.

Use this feature for maintenance notifications, network changes, scheduled downtime, and other general announcements.

6. Granting Client Access — Important Rule

⚠️ Warning! It is strongly discouraged to send clients VPN configuration files, keys, and QR codes directly. This may be considered a violation of Russian Federation legislation.

Correct approach: provide the client with only their CLIENT ID. The client will obtain configurations independently on IDCONVERTER.COM.

6.1. How to Grant Access

  1. Create a client in the panel.
  2. Copy the CLIENT ID from the client card.
  3. Provide the client with only the CLIENT ID.
  4. Share the address: https://idconverter.com

6.2. Client Message Template

Hello!Your access key (CLIENT ID):XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXTo obtain your VPN configuration:1. Open https://idconverter.com2. Enter your CLIENT ID3. Follow the instructions on the websiteFor connection questions, contact support.

6.3. "Copy / Download / QR" Buttons

Intended for manager testing and diagnostics. Do not use them for mass distribution of configs to clients.

7. "Servers" Section

For each server: WHMCS billing plan, order number, IP, limits, usage, next payment date, installed protocols.

8. Limits and Restrictions

  • Client limit — when reached, creating new clients is unavailable.
  • 90% server traffic — warning; change the limit in Client Area → Services → Manage → Modify Service.
  • 100% traffic — client management is blocked, view-only access remains.
  • Client daily limit — when exceeded, status becomes "Limit Exceeded".

9. Frequently Asked Questions

Panel won't open from Client Area — check active service and panel login/password fields; contact support.

Client doesn't receive config on idconverter.com — verify CLIENT ID (16 characters), client and server status.

Statistics not updating — click "Refresh Statistics", wait 1–2 minutes.

"Download" button doesn't save the file — use "Copy" or save via Ctrl+S in a new tab.

Moving to another server — not possible; create a new client and issue a new CLIENT ID.

10. Support

Website: vpnvendor.store → Support / Tickets section.

When contacting support, provide your WHMCS billing email, order number, CLIENT ID (if applicable), and a screenshot of the error.
