Accessing the Server Management Panel from the Client Area

1. Recommended Login Method

Do not enter the panel password manually if you have WHMCS billing access — use secure one-time login (SSO).

1. Log in at vpnvendor.store.
2. Open the client area.
3. In the sidebar, find the "Management Panel" block.
4. Click "Server Management Panel".
5. A new tab opens: panel.vpnvendor.store with automatic login.

2. Conditions for Successful Login

SSO works only if:

• you have at least one VPN server service in WHMCS billing;
• your profile has panel_login and panel_pass filled in (assigned at activation);
• the service is not suspended for non-payment.

Otherwise you will see: "You have no active servers that you can manage…" — pay the invoice or wait for activation.

3. Direct Login (Fallback)

If SSO is unavailable:

1. Open panel.vpnvendor.store/login.
2. Enter panel email and password from your WHMCS billing profile fields.

Panel credentials are issued by VPN Vendor support; email may match WHMCS billing email, but passwords are for separate systems.

4. Security

• Do not share your panel password with third parties.
• Log out of WHMCS billing on shared computers.
• The SSO token is single-use and short-lived — do not copy the URL from the address bar for reuse.
